the tech did a nice job very thorough. However, the following day after the carpet had a chance to dry the water stains came back. Not as bad as when he started but you can still see the stains.

I have used your service before and was always pleased with the outcome. There is no chemical smell when you are done! This time we had a technician named Jerod and he did amazing work. He went above and beyond and our 12 year old carpet hasn't looked this good in years!
On time work well and decent prices.only problem I have is that after spending $500 in less than 3 months I still have pet odors not as bad but still there.

We have pets, so we like that Zerorez does not use toxins to clean our carpets. Our service provider, Arturo Ramirez, was very professional and thorough.
The carpet looks great, the service man was awesome! But...the hoses leaked in the tile floors leaving an awful mess. I've never experienced that before. Cleanup took twice as long as the product used for the pet treatment left a very slippery residue behind.
Quick scheduling and carpets looked great. Two additional services (pet protection and a deep brush)were provided and charged for despite telling the technician that I did not want them. They may have improved the look of the carpet but did not appreciate the work being done without my approval.
I felt the price was too high compared to your competitors that offer a similar service with a similar ethos but went ahead because I needed the job done there and then.

The tech cleaning my grout busted the grout up in several spots. My husband called and the manager Brad said he would be out to grout match and fix it. Brad was over a half our late and then said he would not fix it that it "must have been cracked before". It was not cracked and now I have pieces of grout missing and my kitchen looks horrible!!! I wish I never it done !!! Also i had some foot prints on my carpet that didn't come up so all this money and my carpets don't look that much better and my kitchen Los worse !!!!!

Dependable service...carpets are clean, fresh, leaving no residue or odor, and not wet.
Prices. $180 for 45 minutes work is pricy.

Zerorez was able to get the dog urine and poop stains out of my white wool rug (my dog got sick in the middle of the night and chose to use that rug to let it out on both ends - LOL).
When the rug was returned the first time there was an area that the nap was flattened so the delivery person took it back to the shop to work on some more.
Everyone I talked to at Zerorez has been very friendly and helpful.
Your technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are impeccable in their dress and manners. The carpet was as clean is possible and was soft and not crispy when dry.
