I love the work your employees do!! With that said, I am very UNHAPPY with my last appointment. Not the techs fault. I requested a specific technician. I even chose to pick another day so he would be available. I had a 1-4pm window. At 3:50 I called because I hadn't heard anything. They told me Juan was still at an earlier job and I would be given a 30 min notice when he would be arriving. In less then an hour another tech showed up at my door. No one called and asked if I was willing to accept another tech or if I would like to reschedule. I felt I had no choice but to accept the person at the door. When we discussed what I wanted he informed me he could not do the free tile cleaning sample because he was not qualified. Juan, had just taken a class with the owner. Imagine that, Juan, whom I had requested was qualified. I give you a 8 for quality of results. Normally I would give you a 10 but I feel the tech didn't really do the quality I am used to from you because he new I wanted another technician. I give you a 2 for customer service. I really have to think about using you again!
Be careful with the water hose because it chipped paint off my wall as it was wrapped around it
Work was scheduled and completed efficiently an everything was as promised. Cost was reasonable and clearly stated prior to work. Technician was prompt and courteous and took pride in the job.

I like the fact that you do not use soap and/or chemicals, the carpet dries faster and it so soft. It always looks like new carpet and our carpet is 10+ years old.
The technician did a terrific job and explained to me how the zerorez system works. My tile looks brand new and the carpet running down the hallway has never looked better/

I think when people call to schedule an appointment they should be told of all charges. Neither the person who scheduled the appointment or the technician mentioned there was a gas charge of $8. I only noticed when I was emailed my receipt...
Always remove all spots on our rugs, which in the past when we used other companies the rugs did not come out good.
