THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE. THE FIRST TECHNICIAN WE HAD WAS SO GREAT WE REQUESTED HIM AGAIN WHEN WE MADE OUR LATEST APPOINTMENT. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, SUGGESTED THINGS HE COULD ADD ON BUT WAS NOT PUSHY ABOUT IT. WE DID ACTUALLY HAVE HIM DO SOME OF THE EXTRAS. THIS CURRENT TIME WE DID NOT GET THE SAME PERSON EVEN THOUGH I WAS VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT ASKING FOR HIM! THE GUY THAT CAME WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN OK JOB BUT DIDN'T GIVE US ANY EXTRA OPTIONS. HE WAS TRAINING SOMEONE TOO, SO I DON'T KNOW IF THAT AFFECTED THE JOB. WE HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE THE FIRST TIME I GUESS WE WERE HOPING FOR MORE THAN WE GOT. WE STILL WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE SINCE IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE MANY OTHERS WE HAVE HAD TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS. WHEN WE CALL NEXT TIME, HERE'S HOPING THEY WILL SEND THE PERSON WE SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED.

I received a robo call the day before but didn't get advised the day of the cleaning.
We have pets so we have problems with keeping the carpet clean. We've tried them all. No one cleans as well as Zerorez. No one.

My carpet must have been dirtier than I thought, when the carpet was dry it has darker streaks that would appear to be not as clean as the other areas. Wil the tech was professional and courteous.
The young man, Rob, who was the tech doing the work at our house was the absolute best we have ever have. I have used Zerorez for some years now, and he got the stairs cleaner than any other Zerorez tech EVER. Nice kid, on time, professional, no dilly dallying but not in a hurry either. He is a keeper!

when people call for estimate you should like them know about the extra costs. I was told it was going to be 124.00 and then when the guy got there it was 344.00 BIG DIFFERENCE...
I'm really bad with names but the guy who came was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again and hopefully get the same guy again. My carpets came out amazing. With 2 messy kids I had little hope that my living carpet could look this good again.

According to my phone log it took 67 minutes for Rob to call me tell me he was 10 minutes away from the property and introductions and the spill about how if he treated it this was the best he could do. So I would say it took him about 45 minutes to clean a 5 room carpet I have pictures of after and where he pretreated showing me this was the best he could do, both sides of where he showed me is still dark and dirty. So my guess is that he only pretreated the place he showed me because the rest of the carpet is horrible. I am going to have to hire another company to come and clean what Zerorez could not do. I will not be calling Zerorez again. Then He didn't offer to give me a receipt. I know the carpet was dirty but i was hoping that i called the right company for an extra dirty job. I know I should have said something when he was there but it is really hard to tell when it is wet and 6:30 in the evening.My renters are very disappointed and so am I.
There is no soap residue left on my carpets. They feel very clean.
Rob has cleaned for us two times and done a great job each time.
