The man who came out to clean my carpets was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and did a thorough job. I didn't feel pressured to upsell products/services but was informed of options. The pricing was as quoted and I felt was a fair price. My carpet looks and feels great!
The tech was very professional in his assessment of what we needed done, and didn't try to 'upsell' us to deep-surface cleaning given the age of the carpet and the extent of the pet stains.

one my first two services, I thought we had the pet protection service included, and it was $99 for 3 rooms. The latest service he said the pet protection stuff was extra, and it ended up being $169 total. So was I lied to the first two times about having the service? Also, by Wednesday the house smelled like dog, and we kept the dogs off the carpet for 6 hours while it dried. :( This didn't happen the first two times.
We always used the $50 cleaners for the apartment we lived in, we just bought a house and wanted a good clean, the carpet turned out great and tile even better

Scheduling needs work. I called weeks in advance and was given a time of between 8-10. The tech failed to arrive or call by 10 so I called. After checking with tech, I was told it would be another 1/2 hour which turned out to be 45 minutes. Had the appointment been scheduled for late morning or afternoon, I could see a delay. Not when you request an 8:00am time to begin with.

I was completely satisfied with the cleaning my mattresses received -- they look BRAND NEW! I also totally enjoyed the two young men who did the cleaning, they were polite, yet fun and totally professional. They also completed their work in a most acceptable time frame.
Someone who spoke English did the job. He was very professional, and did a great job. I will definetly call him again.

Carpet seems softer than with other cleaners. He did a great job on my tile.
However, it didn't make any difference on pets strains that my other carpet cleaner removes. I also didn't know you had "levels" of cleaning so mine wasn't guaranteed. Why did I pay $35 a room extra if it doesn't work?

The team that cleaned our home (ducts, carpet, tile), was outstanding! They showed up on time, were courteous, kept us informed of what they were doing and showing us results. Our carpets came out amazingly beautiful! They did not stink, dried quickly, weren't "crunchy" and were not full of chemicals and shampoo. Our tile floors look brand new! Wow! We have used other companies over the years here in Vegas, other states, as well as other countries. Your company and team are above and beyond the others by far. Also.....competitively priced! Carpet smells clean and fresh, not like chemicals and flowery soap. I appreciated the price quote being accurate and no add-ons at the last minute for soap or misc items. People were nice and did not give off a creepy vibe.
