Great service and friendly staff. My carpets looks great.
I just did not see anything that set you apart. The tech was friendly enough but missed cleaning behind both the closet and bedroom doors. Also, we moved all but but two recliners and the tech was going to clean around them untol I asked if he would slide them out to clean under them as well. I have had other companies in the past move more furniture with no questions or additional charges. We also had a charge on the bill for "fuel charge" that we were not told about, fuel charge really? When I booked the appointment the girl I talked to was not very friendly, borderline rude. I did not see that your service was special in anyway and the customer service on the phone was lacking. In the service industry that is important and we did not get that so next time I will shop around more.
"Green" products, and smelled nice. Service Respresentative was knowledgeable and courteous.

The carpets were not as clean as I expected. I had previously had them cleaned by another company and they came out cleaner with them.
The a/c was turned down to 60 and left on for several days before I went back and noticed it. It could have frozen up the unit.
They showed up ready to "get after it". Did a great job getting the carpet cleaned. Yes, I would recommend them to others. You might tell KJUL that because they ran your commercial that is the reason I contacted you.
The technician, Todd, was very nice and friendly. He did a beautiful job cleaning my rugs and was very careful in my home.

the carpeting was left soaking wet and took 2 days to dry. i had heary duty padding and that may have been a factor. but the servivce was on time nad the price was reasonable
The person I talked to on the phone to set us appointment was not a 10, but the guys who come out are always friendly, professional and do a wonderful job.

The technician Jarred was exceptional. He communicated very well with what work needed to be done and what to expect. The pre-treater smelled very good. The carpets came out better then any other service I have used.... Very clean.

Cut the "window" time of arrival down. Make sure techs arrive within window. Better, more knowledgable customer service on the phone.
I spent a lot of money to deal with dog urine in expensive - nearly new carpets from a previous tenant, (which was not severe). After the carpets were cleaned the odor worsened even once dried. Now I must replace all the carpets.
Even though it took two treatments to get the odor out of my carpet, I was very impressed with the customer service following my initial dissatisfaction with the cleaning
I can't be more happy with my carpet cleaning. It looks brand new again!

Cesar was great! He was so helpful and gave me information on other services your company provides that I was not aware of. I will be calling in the future for duct cleaning.
