We were given a price and then we were told our closet is considered a room. And our office which is tiny was a room, which we knew, but they definitely shouldn't have chaged for a closet.

The product quality is amazing, and the serviceman are even better! They went above and beyond to take care of me, coming back a second time just upon my request. They didn't ask any questions or try to talk me out of the second call, they showed up determined to Leave me completely satisfied! I had a pet odor in a home I just bought, that was very hard to get out, and through both times they did it with pleasure in confidence. These guys are the real deal.

I was told stairs were more expensive because it's harder work to hand scrub them. Then watched as he just used the same attachment that he cleaned the rest of the carpet with. Was misleading on the phone and don't understand the expense of that.
