You guys didn't do a very good job. I didn't have very bad stains,just a couple of pet urine stains. Our carpet is only 6 months old, so there was very little that needed to be deep cleaned. You guys didn't even get the small urine stains out! And on top of that, you charged me an additional $70 for the pet stains THAT YOU DIDNT EVEN REMOVE! I was quoted $150 for stairs and 2 bedrooms. You gues ended up charging be $230! And no one told me about the price increase, I found out from my emailed invoice. Bad Zerorez, bad!
They fixed the problem without a fuss.

Final cleaning results were better this time than last. One man this time versus several last time. Tracking areas look better. You always have polite service.

The convenience of not residue after the treatment. However after the cleaning and pet treatment the urine smell still surfaced which the tech said shouldn't happen.
How soft and full the carpet looked,how fast it was done and was not left saturated.

I have used Zerorez several times, each with amazing results and I am always impresses by how experienced and polite the technicians are. Louis and his partner did an amazing job allowing me to save my carpet and not replace it.
I feel the price was too high for the job. I have had other companies provide the same quality as this for much cheaper, and they also moved some furniture without issue. Someone actually recommended Zerorex to me and that is why I decided to try them.

Professional serviceman, did a fantastic job!
I need a redo on my 2 rooms, the residue didn't come out in one and in the other the dirt didn't come out and there were no stains per se.
Technician was awesome! Getting through to speak with someone and appt coordinator left a lot to be desired. Not timely and receiving phone call regarding arrival time ar the end of the 2 hour window. Happened twice.

Tech was on time, work was exceptional. I was wary about a promise made that my grout would look like new. Turned out he was right.

For basic service I think you are too expensive. The service was fine and the guys did a nice job. I would like service, not service plus five ad ons.
