The techs were great.
When call is placed to Zerorez for a long time customer and the same square footage is involved at the same residential place, price quoted should be the price agreed upon when the Carpet Technication arrives up to clean carpeting. When a discount is involved,it is important to factor the discount in the pricing to the Technician. Customers have the money up front they were advised when the call was place to the office. If it is different, please advise at time of call.

I love the complete feeling of cleanliness...no soap residue. Of course, that is the main goal. However, the bonus is the service I received.
