I have used your service in the past, and it is great. This cleaning technitian texted my cell phone after he left, asking me out to coffee. Completely inappropriate.

Prices are too high for some people
The technician was very good and did a wonderful job and I am happy with the service; however, the cost was rather high. $440 for 3 rooms and 4 chairs is a lot; especially when the advertisement was $39 per room. I know that there would be extra costs, but I didn't expect it to be twice as much.
You cannot remove stains or dirt from carpet it's nonsense and never seen such a a thing

Courteous, knowledgeable technician ego didn't try to push the upsell.

My carpet dried quickly.
Move a few light pieces of furniture which were cleared of items and two artificial trees weighing less than ten pounds, rather than going up to and around. Additionally a couple of well traveled spots do not appear as clean as I think they should be. Other than that the two technicians did a good job.

I have asthma and allergies and also have a pet. I can stay in the house while the work is being done with no adverse side-effects.
I used a cheaper company (chemicals) when exiting previous home, and had to leave quickly because of the chemicals.
I will always use Zerorez on homes I currently occupy. It is safe. I have also recommended it to many of my friends and associates.

I had pet stains from a friends dog that I watched that I truly was concerned about whether they would come out. Well, they did. The carpet looks BRAND NEW. I'm delighted. Wil, the service technician, was incredibly helpful with tips & answering all my questions. Excellent customer service. I will tell everyone I know about you.
