Although my carpets definitely seem cleaner, 90% of the pet stains I specifically wanted (and paid additional for) to be treated are still very visible. The tech warned me that a few had stained, likely due to previous treatment, but I don't believe any of them were actually removed and I'm certain they were not all previously treated. I would like to have the carpets retreated in the areas that stained in an effort to remove them. For $450 and hours of moving furniture, I'm pretty unhappy with what they look like.

Techs are always very professional and results are usually very good. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends. In fact my Boss used your Company just before our service date and was also happy with the results. I have used Zerorez several times and plan on continuing to do so.
More competitive/lower price for upholstery cleaning.
Service was exceptional and very considerate to the needs of our family. i greatly appreciated the time that was spent in making sure that I was satisfied with the work that was being performed. I have a damaged leg and the representative of your company was nice enough to take pictures as progress shots showing me the difference in before and after.
The true test is how things will look in the coming weeks. Look forward to feeling the same over time with the products used on my flooring. I truly hope that my families allergy epidemic will dissipate due to the suggestions by your company.

Had a nasty stain on a carpeted motorhome ceiling. Tried everything but Zerorez finally removed it.

Could have spent a lot more time to make sure of a job well done. The edges needed extra lova and I can little effort was put into getting the carpets as clean as possible. 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs all done within less than an hour is a pretty good indicator it was a get in get out collect kind of job. And the tile cleaning wasn't impressive at all. I can get them cleaner without any special equipment. However I didnt pay for the free 100 sq ft so i cant really complain, but I'm glad I didnt. Overall, yeah the floors are cleaner, but the job could have had far more effort put into it to ensure a thurough cleaning like the comapany cares about its work.

Professionalism of employees
Our technician Dale Polk was awesome!! He walked us through and explained what he was going to do. The products not only are amazing, but they left the house smelling great!! Our house looks brand new again! I love it, thank you ZeroRez!!!
This is probably my 4th or 5th time using Zerorez and I have been very happy in the past. However, this time, I have a problem with my carpet. I contacted the office and send a picture of my carpet to the technician's phone. My problem has not yet been addressed and I contacted the office on Tuesday of last week. I am still waiting.

This was a preliminary service to see if the process would clean a nasty stain on the ceiling of a motorhome. It worked very nicely, unlike some others, and we are proceeding to finish the project on Tuesday, August 18.
