One area that was cleaned still looks dirty. I understand all stains are not created equal, but I thought zereorez would do the trick. If proven wrong, I would be more than happy to try on my other home.

Pricing could be a lot better
Your employee was very polite, helpful and not pushy. I like that the carpets dry quickly and the stains did not return. I also love there's no residue after the cleaning.

While I felt that Andrew was a great technician and did the best he could I am left with soiled rugs in the dining area.I didn't notice it until the evening light on Saturday when it was quite evident that the rug was not cleaned the way we expected. Andrew mentioned a small area in the room that seemed unlikely to be 100% clean however what I noticed is in other area of the rug which I discussed with Andrew and he assured me that the rest of the rug came clean. I would like to the room redone by Zerorez. The steps and the room came out great.

The technicians came within the expected window, but we didn't receive a call beforehand indicating that they were on their way. Regardless, they both did a good and thorough job, and we like the results.

Your team, especially Todd and his partner Roy who spent time getting the tile cleaned and working hard on the marble floors in the 2 bathrooms to bring back the shine. The tile throughout the house was really dirty especially the grout which was black instead of the original color of of light brown. Todd did a great job, there are still just a couple of spots in the grout which is still black but I will try an work on them.

Your technicians have always done a fabulous job. Very professional. I have referred you all to many friends. In fact, while my carpet was being done yesterday, a neighbor came by. Your techs went to his house and scheduled him for Wednesday. I wouldn't use anyone else. You will be doing my tile shortly. We had you do my Dad's house last week.
Be more straight and forthright with the prospects of removing (or not removing) stains in carpet. Don't do it if you truly believe it will not succeed.

After 10 or so visits to my home over the past many years, you would think you could get a price quote within the ball park.
Phone quote was $212. On site quote was $340. Not happy.
