Well , my appointment was in a Friday 3-6 pm window and no one showed up by 5:15 pm . So I called was placed on hold for 25 minutes , was disconnected , then I called back and received a voicemail to leave a message . Called back and was told zero Rez dropped the ball and I would be placed on the schedule for Saturday . I wasted three hours of my time on Friday . It would have been nice if I received a major discount .

It is almost dry when they finish. Carpets are not soaked! And they are not crunchy with soap residue. Clean. They also arrive in the designated time frame. Technicians are always polite.

Our 13 year old carpet looks like new again. We will not have to replace it yet. The tile and grout cleaning made it look like I had just installed fresh grout.
It is very likely I would recommend Zerorez! With my last service, I was out of town and my husband handled the carpet cleaning techs. I already had the service set up with Roy who called to confirm the appointment. I was only expecting to pay $240. I was upset to find out my husband paid over $400. Don't get me wrong - even my husband said the carpet looked better than the past cleanings by Zerorez which I didn't think was possible and he did approve the additional service, I felt that since I was the one who set up the service I should have been called to approve the additional service.

I paid extra to have the dog urine removed but the smell is still there.
After watching the guys on the morning blend for months cleaning filthy carpets, it was a little disheartening when I was told to get my dirty carpet clean, it would be an additional $45 for him to deep scrub.
For the record, He did a good job and was polite.
The wait time to too long. The window should be shorter than 4 hours. I have use your company 4 times and each time they tell me a 4-hour window and each time its at the end of the 4-hour window. Seems to me you could call the customer if you know you are going to me another 4 hours.
