Art Ramirez was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease right away. His confidence about the product also confirmed for me that I'd made the right choice in using Zerorez. After almost 4 years in an apartment, the carpet was very dirty and stained from using rented carpet cleaners myself that left a lot of residue. I also have a dog that began urinating in the home due to a recent diagnosis of diabetes, with the diabetes under control it was time to get a professional. Art explained all of my choices and helped me decide what was best for the carpet as well as financial. That was 24 hours ago, my carpet is clean and looks almost new. It also smells much better. That the carpet dries quickly--4-6 hours. The last time I had an independent carpet cleaner come--it took FOUR DAYS for the carped to dry completely. I like how the spots/stains were removed--even if the product I had used beforehand lightened the areas a bit--it's not really that noticeable.

I have recommended your company to others. This time I was not totally satisfied with my carpet cleaning. There were areas in the carpet that were overlooked. Unfortunately, this wasn't noticed until dry.

You are the only company that I allow to clean our carpets they stay cleaner longer and the stains never come back. The service is great, friendly and always on time!! The men who cleaned our carpets on Wednesday were the best we have had!!
