Prices for service are too subjective $99 gives you very little

offer your best cleaning option only. the whole bait and switch of offering a price for a service that really isn't the best and then trying to sell a more expensive service when the tech arrives is not what I call a good buisiness practice. I had to have a follow up cleaning due to the fact that what I paid for originally wasn't able to get the job done at all. Art came out the second time and immediately realized what the carpet needed to cleaned right. he did and excellent job and was in and out in a short period of time and left the carpets the way they should have been done the first time. thanks Art. he is also returning to my second house on Saturday the 8th of august to redo those carpets as well. I must say that for zerorez to send a person out to fix an issue that was a problem for me and my tenants is much appreciated and for that reason I will be cleaning my carpets with zerorez again. thanks for sticking behind your service. The guy that came out to my house this time was absolutely amazing.. And took the time to do a good complete job! Last time I was so disappointed and was almost not going to use you guys again! Last time didn't even look like he cleaned the carpets! This time made up for it! Amazing job!
After hearing all the advertising for your company on the radio I decided to use your company to clean my large rug. My rug was picked up to be cleaned with an understanding it would be clean and look good. It was not in bad shape at all but still needed to be cleaned. It was not done on the specified day and getting a call back was some what challenging but It was not that big of a deal. When they returned my rug which really was a large piece of carpet it looked better but no where what I was lead to believe it was going to look. Evan your employee said it could be done better. He offered to have some one actually come out and clean it at my home and said the company would call me but I have not heard anything

The carpets look like new and I already recommended your services to a friend of mine. The guys that do the work are very perfessianal and do the work in a timely manner! This is our second time having them come out and plan to have them come out for other projects.

Professional employees, and a product that truly works well.
They did a good job. The workers we polite and efficient. I recommend adding a tipping option so your employees can receive tips if someone is paying with a debit card. I never carry cash but wanted to give the guys a tip and it was not an option for me.
I loved how prompt and timely your service was. I was notified exactly as promised. The clean looks great and dryed quickly. I'm very happy!!

Clean
The service tech was punctual and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He was knowledgeable about the services and didn't push for extra items. He gave an accurate estimate. He worked quickly and finished in a timely manor. Everything looked great when he was done. The only slight issue was he said the areas he did extra work on, because of our dogs, would be dry in a few hours. With fans on both areas it was 48 hours before they were dry. He did a process on the areas to help stop our dogs from urinating again in the same area. The whole house looks and smells SO much better. This was the second time we used ZeroRez and will use them again when we need to have our carpets and rugs cleaned again. Thank you very much.
My carpet had a lot of bad spots on it, now its just spotless and clean. Am so pleased and recommend highly. Also, the men were so nice and pleasant and gave me the best possible deal. I like it that there cleaning equipment is truck mounted.

Hard to compare as we have used your service, I think, exclusively for the past couple of years. Your service pro was a good , polite guy.
My wife has some concerns abut the nap and direction of the fibers after the carpet dried, but we will not have a true reading on the matter until the rooms have been vacuumed.
