My carpet felt much softer after the cleaning, and less "slimy" when drying than when others had cleaned it previously.
Both men were extremely courteous and friendly and did a good job.
Carpet is left so squishy wet, and abutting hard service floors are left with water and footprints. I think that should be wiped up by technician.
Zerorez is AMAZING!! We had really bad pet stained carpets and really dirty high traffic areas on light beige (almost white) carpeting. When Jacob and Jay (who by the way were just terrific!!) got finished it looked like we had NEW CARPETING! I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to anyone interested in getting their carpets cleaned. And by the way, the entire house smelled amazing after the cleaning. Thank you Jay...thank you Jacob!!!

I like that there's no soap used and no residue left behind. Our carpet looked great; brand new. We had one urine pet stain that came out completely. We also had our tile cleaned and it looked wonderful. The grout looked nice except where we had cracks in it, which is not the fault of zerorez at all. The service was great. It did take about 4 hours due to only one person there to do the job, but he did a wonderful job.

NIce job but the dark spots didn't come clean like they have in the past.
The service was excellent, he did an amazing job, very professional and very attention to detail- well done. Our carpet and tile look like new. Only one critisim, we had seal done for the tile. Some areas on tile look hazy a little. I believe it is related to product(seal).
The pet stain treatment faded an area of the carpet that it was applied
We hadn't had our carpets cleaned in over 10 years. There were places on the stairs that I wasn't sure would ever come clean. Zerorez made our carpets look like new. Thanks!
