The man that came to do the work so very good about explaining how to get the major stains out of the carpet and also the pet stains that were in places I did know where there. Cant believe how amazingly clean my carpet is know.

The technician who came was very polite, professional and personable.
He did the work fast, and the carpets look great. He also cleaned two area rugs, that look wonderful.

Two things I noticed: the technician came in with the plastic booties over his shoes, but they were shredded on the bottoms, so obviously he'd had them on all day, walking outside as well, so what good did that do?
Also, the truck stayed running the entire time he was at our house - hours, so that's not very green! Is there another way to power the machinery other than running the van for hours?
Otherwise, very happy.

The technician that came to clean our carpets (Jose??) was very knowledgable and helpful. He made suggestions so that we got our carpets thoroughly cleaned without selling unnecessary services. He showed us how there was pet stains left behind from the previous tenant and treated those. And treated more lightly a couple other areas that didn't really need it to keep our cost where we could afford it but still get our carpets very clean. We were extremely happy with his customer service, professionalism and friendliness.
I recently had my carpet cleaned and I think they did a great job so I had them come back and clean my tile. Ray did a super great job. I really didn't realize how much I needed my tile cleaned until he started and I could really see the difference. Thank you

Our carpet was very dirty and it looks fabulous. The technicians really took the time to make sure the spots were out and that we were happy. They definitely went the extra mile!
