Timely service, courteous employees, fair prices, excellent work!
I thought the service was fine! I thought the technician was pleasant and professional!! What I thought was not as satisfactory is the upsales and the cost of them!! I did choose them because the carpet had been neglected! However to spend almost 400 dollars for just a lower level is very pricey!
The job came out, better than I expected. But I was scheduled for the morning. My tech showed up at 1:00 pm. Not his fault. plus I did not receive a confirming phone call 24 hours prior to my appointment to confirm my cleaning. date and time, had this been done it would have saved a lot time, and confusion and wasted energy.

Fast response, courteous, carpets dried fairly quickly.
We had an extremely dirty rug. The professional recommended using "the scrub brush" which no other young man had ever suggested. We were only planning to spend $100; but when we learned that he could really clean the rug; we were willing to pay the extra money. We were so very pleased with the work that our tech did. Our RUGS actually became like NEW! Tell him "thank you, THANK YOU!" we are really happy with the results!.

I really appreciate (Ray?) the technician taking extra time to show me some extra steps he could take to get some stubborn old heavy traffic stains out. At the end he asked if there was an area that I wanted him to give extra attention too & he went back to do it. He was very professional, personable and knew the services well. I would appreciate if this extra cost for the extra service is put in my file to remind me for next time. Thank you
Ray was super. I felt he was honest unlike other companies we have had clean our carpets.I did feel it was very pricey. More than double the basic estimation. Our carpets were very dirty, no one has ever used a carpet scrubber like Ray demoed to us. It worked great , but pricey.

This crew did a fantastic job! The carpets are vibrant with colors again and we are practically stain free! The job was completed on time with no arrival time delays. This is a big job but the crews were completely on task and the job was done well!

Appt was scheduled between 1-4pm. Crew arrived at 4:35pm. Appt was for spot removal. Crew did the service and said stain was removed but when it dried it was still there. Crew was very nice but service did not alleviate the problem.
Yiu did all that you said you could do for me. Techs were quick and efficient. The results were great for 15 year old carpet!
Dale cleaned the carpets in my new home and my rental, he did a great job! The carpets look amazing, he is fast and courteous. I highly, highly recommend Zerorez and Dale!
