I just noticed the billing address on my invoice is incorrect. I can understand why the Zerorez rep didn't think to ask if it was correct, but now the charge will not go through well on your end. Please let me know how you would like me to resolve this issue...

Clean carpets and no chemicals to breathe!!!
There was a significant amount of film residue left all over the tile floor and there was a small stain in one of the bedrooms by the closet, partially under the door but visible from the room that didn't get touched. Also expected no crunchiness based on radio commercial ads but wasnt the case with ours.
Really like having "D" as our service technician. He has cleaned our carpets twice, does a great job, and always provides some "flooring education," too.

On time, explained everything and quoted a fair price. When done, the carpets were amazingly clean and the couch looked brand new. The results were beyond expectations. I highly recommend Zerorez.

I have been very pleased with the results of the services from Zerorez. I have had my carpets cleaned, upholstery cleaned and recently took advantage of tile cleaning. Shannon Antone, the Zerorez technician who came to my home, did a terrific job. he was professional, courteous, and willing to answer all of our questions. He did a great representing the company and was a good promoter of the products he used while cleaning . I would continue to recommend the services received from Zerorez.
We were impressed at the efficiency and knowledge of the technician. Our steps were awful and when finished, the carpeting looked like new. We also liked the fact that the carpet was not saturated at the end; it was damp and dried quickly.
