The service was excellent, 2 very knowledgable service men, and very friendly and polite.
How well the product, cleaned our carpets. There was some improvement efforts needed by techs. That's why 10 was not given as a rating. I will recommend to friends, as I will continue to request your services, in the future.

Next to NO odor !!! Any odor present is likely wet carpet -- not "chemicals". Service personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to complete service.

My carpet was cleaned, and felt clean under bare foot as well as the scent was nice. I think the main appreciated was the professionalism of the employee even making my appointment with Gabby, great phone etiquette.
The Technician was great and very friendly, the prices on the tile cleaning are a bit high which is why I did not give it a 9 or 10 most people myself included love this service but can't really afford to spend this much on a tile cleaning.
The technician was vry courteous. The carpet came out wonderful.
