The tech that came in was a really nice guy and the carpet looked decent when he finished.but the smell on the carpet did not go away it got worst. We tried to cantact the tech he did not return our call we also called the office and they didnt return our call either.

Art Ramirez was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease right away. His confidence about the product also confirmed for me that I'd made the right choice in using Zerorez. After almost 4 years in an apartment, the carpet was very dirty and stained from using rented carpet cleaners myself that left a lot of residue. I also have a dog that began urinating in the home due to a recent diagnosis of diabetes, with the diabetes under control it was time to get a professional.
