I like the claims that there are no soaps or chemicals which would attract more dirt after cleaning. This was my first time using Zerorez so we'll see if these claims hold true over time.

The only one that can actually clean the carpet. No odors were lingering after the gentleman was done. The carpet was already horrible when I moved in, my dogs made it worse and somehow they took all the excrement away. Amazing

Your service is overpriced
Better estimates over the phone. I called and made certain to tell the agent that my sofa and loveseat had loose cushions on the seats and the back, before I got the quote. When the tech arrived he said that normally there is a 10-15 dollar up charge for each loose cushion, but he would honor the quote from the phone call. I would not have paid that much extra for the job.
The extraction process takes everything with it.
Carpet and upholstery came very clean, no residue nor smell. I know it is a good job.

THE CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IS GREAT . OUR CARPET WAS CLEANED THOROUGHLY AND IT LOOKED NICE & SHAGGY AGAIN, IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT IT'S ALMOST 20 YEARS OLD. THE SERVICE FEES ARE REASONABLE.
THE TECHNICIAN ALSO MADE SURE THAT HIS FOOTSTEPS WERE WIPED OFF OUR WOODEN FLOORS.

Art Ramirez did a wonderful job and made me feel like a valued customer. I've watched other cleaners and Art puts in great deal more effort. Definitely the best carpet cleaning experience I've had. He left my carpets looking brand new.

Much more satisfied with zerorez than Stanley steamer - I wasn't pressured to buy more services, my questions were answered honestly, the work was done efficiently and the outcome was better than expected.
