I like that everything is quick, efficient, and noninvasive. The representative was very professional and polite.
Other than a small mishap along the way I was very much satisfied. However, there was one phone call that made me very uncomfortable and that the call is separate from the mishap I have mentioned, which was not a big deal, but this inconvenient call was after the mishap and with a lady who initially answers to which she incompetently liaised my needs, better yet it seemed like she does not know what she is doing!
The smell after cleaning was magnificent! I can't believe how clean my tile grout cmturned out. Worth every penny!

Explanation by tech about what would assist in keeping my carpet clean and understand how soap residue was keeping my carpet looking bad in the high pattern areas since I was using to much soap on my carpet!!
Never any pressure to buy other products or services but explained advantages for me because of new puppy and also explained I had high end carpet no longer offered so take care of it and it will last!!

Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. The representative who came to my house also told me about other services that your company offers that I didn't know about. This was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured, just informed. My carpets look as good as new. No one else has been able to do this.

I like that no chemicals or soaps are used in the carpet cleaning process. And seems like the equipment is very heavy duty.

Great job cleaning my carpet at a very fair price. The technician Rob was professional, knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need or want. The equipment was impressive indeed: A big truck with a professional-grade cleaning machine. Not some puny van with an old dirty machine like most other carpet cleaning services use. This is the only company I will use in the future.
My bedroom carpet looks worse than before it was cleaned:( the stairs look great.
