I thought that when I called for a carpet cleaning that your co. would do the best to get my carpet clean. I was told that what I was paying for was not a deep clean and that I would have to pay more than double to get my carpet really clean.In the past other company's just clean the carpet as best they can.I felt that this was up selling.
They produce good results. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and did a good job.

I wasn't aware of the square footage requirement until after the worker arrived. The price nearly doubled. The promotion I heard was via radio. No square footage mention.

There was residue left on my tile floor. You could see the streaks throughout the house on the tile floor. We had to mop and after he left. Even more upsetting then that was he left a puddle of dirty water by the front door, where he set down the cleaning tool to exit after work was completed. He didn't bother to wipe it up with a rag or anything just left it. Also we have a rug in the family room over the tile he cleaned and found there was dirty water under the rug ( most likely had run down the grouted edge and under carpet).
I am assuming that this might happen often and seems like the Tech should know to lift the edge of rug to remove the water or put a rag under the edging of the rug to prevent from run off. To be honest He worked very hard in the beginning and seemed that he was either in a hurry or just ran out of steam to be able to apply the same work ethic to the rest of the job. I am giving my rating a 3 because I feel that the technician was more the issue than the company in a whole however the streaking on the tile floor is more the company complaint because its suppose to no residue. I request that you train your techs to look over the job once "completed" and maybe put a method into place where water will not run under the rugs that lay over the tile that is getting cleaned.

When I called for a quote I was asked what I wanted and explained floor types very thoroughly I was told it would be around $29 an area plus an additional $35 dollars per carpeted area for pet treatment, depending on stains. Estimating around 300-350 I made the appointment. The day of the appointment, I got a call asking if they could come immediately instead of the 1pm appointment time. When I said I needed it to be 1 like the appointment, the technician was unhappy and annoyed. I didn't hear back until about 10 after 1pm that the tech was just now en route and he didn't arrive until after 1:30pm. When he arrived, he asked "What do you want done?" I am not sure why I went over all this information with the person who made the appointment if that information was not going to be relayed. After assessing the house, the tech told me it was going to be $793. This was insane to me since the original quote was no where near that. He stated the $29 per area was only carpeted areas and did not apply to tile which was 1.25 per sqft. I told him no way that's not what I was quoted and I wasn't going to pay that. He then said he could discount it to .66 per sq ft and the new total would be $575. At this point I asked the tech to leave. He said he would call the office and see if he could find out who I spoke to and have the customer service department get involved. I told him I spoke with Angela since I had it written down and in a few minutes he said he would honor the $350 I was expecting.
In the end, I got my floors done for the price I was quoted so I am not expecting compensation. That being said, your team needs to work on their communication both with clients and with each other. I was already so exasperated with the process before the tech even got there, to be slapped with over double the original quote was insane. I would not recommend this service to anyone because although I was happy with the outcome, it was not worth the hassle or the headache.
