We had an emergency pile reversal issue on a brand new 7,000sf.commercial carpet installation. This was a steaming job and not a cleaning job.
This was a last minute request. Tenants were moving in that day. Zero Rez was on the job that same day, pulling in multiple crews to get the job done.
The response time was excellent. The job was completed in a timely manner and the customer and mill were happy with the results. Everyone gets paid.

The bulky equipment remained outside, the team came right in and began working, they draped the working area, kept me informed all the time of their process and progress, explained their points of concern. All members of the team kept working steadily, frequently at different parts of the process, until the entire job was finished. I was around them throughout most of this process, they were discreet, polite and professional at all times.
The carpet came up pretty clean considering how dirty it was. The carpet dried quickly which was very good since we have pets. The service rep. was great, was timely and worked well to complete the task in timely fashion but paid attention to the areas that were soiled more than others.

I appreciated the technician's detailed explanation of the tile cleaning process. I was very impressed with the results and even though I thought the initial quote was expensive, I feel that the quality of the work was superior.

I was quoted one price over the phone and was today another price once the technician got here. I was very careful to include all rooms and hallways when I set up the appointment. I also asked for the orange peel fragrance and didn't receive it. I feel the technician did a very unthorough job. The carpet didn't look a whole lot cleaner when he left and certainly didn't smell fresh. There are still spots remaining.

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals and you do a very good job getting our carpets clean.
Products are environmentally sound and the process does dry within the estimated four hours. What would have earned ten stars is service that includes mopping up the drips and footprints at the end of treatment.
