There were bits of carpet fuzz and dirt that got left along baseboards that had to be vacuumed up after the fact.

What I like is, first, it smells great and the whole process does not take a lot of time to get done. The hardest part is waiting for it to dry.

It was important to me that no chemicals are being used so I was sold on the service.
The best available. Been using Zero Rez for a very long time. Even when it was Venturi. I used to have my own carpet cleaning company. This far exceeds anything I was able to do.
Not sure. We moved into a home that had a lot of ground in dirt and stains that didn't come out. They really worked hard trying to get them clean though.

The minute you step in the door stop trying to find ways to increase the scope of your work,
thus increasing the bill. My bill went from $95.00 to $247.00 in less than 3 minutes. After
thinking about it I am not a very happy home owner.

This last cleaner was extremely knowledable and made an effort to be sure that I was happy.

Rep was professional, helpful and competent.
I used my previous company twice and they did a great job but a friend convinced me that you guys were the best he had ever used. ("The carpets stay cleaner longer" and they are "softer", etc) After the work was done and my wife and I got home that night (I let things dry) I called my friend and told him he was wrong. He told me to call and have them send out another guy to do it again but I work and my wife works and we have to make time to be here.
Bottom line is getting this done is always a hassle but we do it twice a year as maintenance. So now I have to do it again?
I would request the money back, so I can hire my other company to re-do it (I'll even get you a copy of the paid invoice) but I don't think that is going to happen. I guess I could let you send out another tech (I don't want the same guy) and touch it up but I am not crazy about doing that either.
So, I guess I will stay with my other company, save a few dollars and get a better job next time. Sometimes its best to stay with what you know works.
I wish I could be giving you a better report, but that's as good as it gets.
Did a poor job in the bedrooms.
The cost was far more than I thought it would be. Also, there are several spots which should have come out but were left in the carpet.
I like the products you use. The gentleman was very courteous. I will not use anyone else ever again.
