No harsh chemicals and doesn't take long to dry

The service provided by the technician i had a few months ago was awesome, so much so that I wanted to request him again and recommend my friends to him. I was very disappointed by how rude and non customer service orientated the woman answering your phones was. When I find a service provider I like, I will stick with them over and over. If your company does not allow me to request who comes to my home to do service, chances are I will go else where. Even after I specifically told the woman answering your phones that I would probably not use you in the future if I couldn't request the technician, she acted like she didn't really care. As it turned out, the person I requested was not sent out. My sister called you for another service request and although she did not request a specific technician, she did say that Gabby (who answered your phones) did not sound professional, courteous, nor very interested in being there at all. The person answering your phones is the first impression your customers get of your company. I would suggest you rethink her position.

Be more upfront about possible extra services and cost. Your TV demo on local news was deceiving. It showed very dirty carpet coming clean with only steam. My carpet was not that dirty but still needed scrubbing in areas at extra cost

Having pets I can rest assured that it is safe for them to reenter the newly cleaned rooms without being concerned for any noxious residue they might lick.Your service people have always been courteous,efficient and unlike another company I have used my walls have not been scraped.
Not using chemicals is the what I like the most. Also the the technician's explanation of the condition of my carpeting is helpful too.

It's a little early to tell about the stain removal that was done. the customer service from the first response to the floor techs. that came out to the house are all top notch Friendly and knowledgeable.
The service and carpet cleaning were excellent. The area I had an issue with was the pricing, specifically the fuel surcharge. There is no doubt you have overhead costs to run your business, but to add an arbitrary charge makes the company look less valid. Adding in the total costs with specific line items in relation with carpet cleaning should be the practice. It felt to me like a fake charge was added to up the costs...especially when gas is on the lower end these days. As it gets hotter in Las Vegas, in a few months will there be an air conditioning charge or water usage fees due to water restrictions. My point is just charge flat fees to make your money (it is absolutely acceptable to simply raise your carpet cleaning costs $8) and get rid of the fuel charge nonsense.
The way the carpets look after being cleaned. They look brand new. The technician is well informed and let us know the options available.
The technicians are nice people and also do a great job. Our carpet had some unsightly spots which were removed before I realized the technician had started working on them. Thank you for a job well done.
