Rep was professional, helpful and competent.
I used my previous company twice and they did a great job but a friend convinced me that you guys were the best he had ever used. ("The carpets stay cleaner longer" and they are "softer", etc) After the work was done and my wife and I got home that night (I let things dry) I called my friend and told him he was wrong. He told me to call and have them send out another guy to do it again but I work and my wife works and we have to make time to be here.
Bottom line is getting this done is always a hassle but we do it twice a year as maintenance. So now I have to do it again?
I would request the money back, so I can hire my other company to re-do it (I'll even get you a copy of the paid invoice) but I don't think that is going to happen. I guess I could let you send out another tech (I don't want the same guy) and touch it up but I am not crazy about doing that either.
So, I guess I will stay with my other company, save a few dollars and get a better job next time. Sometimes its best to stay with what you know works.
I wish I could be giving you a better report, but that's as good as it gets.
Did a poor job in the bedrooms.
The cost was far more than I thought it would be. Also, there are several spots which should have come out but were left in the carpet.
I like the products you use. The gentleman was very courteous. I will not use anyone else ever again.
I loved the service man. He was friendly, courteous, hardworking and explained everything he was going to do. He gave me a price and did not attempt to sell more services but made me aware of the other services that Zerorez provided.
Clean...no soap residue. Professional. On time.
I was told over the phone that my closets would be included. I did tell her that they were small walk-ins and she said it was included in the price. I was quoted approximately 132 for my service and when the technician came he upped the quote to 170! I can understand a little difference in price, but this was just too much!

The service rep did a good job. He was in/out and completed the job. No upselling of products or services. Just pet conditioner, which we don't own a pet, not sure of previous owner.
Change on your list of items they don't move to include couches.
I thought they were going to move them as needed. I had moved one of them away from the wall to vacuum under them and it wasn't put back where they usually sit, so when they got moved back there was about a foot or so that didn't get cleaned. I understood they don't move dressers and hutches, but couches slide pretty easily and it wasn't on your list of things. If it had been I would have made sure they needed to be put back to where they usually are. Other than that the carpets came out pretty good for as old and dirty as they were. No problems with the cleaning.
The technician was professional, competent and had a good demeanor.
You were advertising a Ask Mary special on the radio. I made an appointment asking for the Ask Mary special. When the appointment was scheduled no mention was made concerning a problem with my receiving the Ask Mary special. When the technicians arrived I was told the Ask Mary special had ended two days prior to my scheduling of my appointment. I was told Zerorez would not honor the Ask Mary special. On the day of my appointment I heard a radio advertisement for the Ask Mary special. I have also heard a radio advertisement for the Ask Mary special everyday since my appointment.
The "no residue" thing is great! Your people are nice and professional and the overall result was better than any other professional cleaner we've used in the past. Nice job!! We'll call you again!
Little odor

almost perfect service...wonder if they can check again because the dirty color of the most worn out trafic area in the living roolm seems come back....that area looks dirty
We had our carpets cleaned on Saturday morning. The rep was professional and nice, however, I just went into my husbands office and noticed where the chair was, the plastic protector was still on the floor, thus, this area was not cleaned. This is one of the rooms that we paid for. Additionally, right under the desk there is visible dirt. The rep said if there is a problem we have 30 days to report it. Love how clean the carpet and tile got. And love that it stays clean for a long time.

Our carpet cleaner was great just don't appreciate getting a quote for $250 then when he came out it changes to $350 and 5 rooms is actually 7 rooms. There fore we could not get the entire house cleaned. Frustrating for a homeowner.
