Juan Meza, the technician who treated our carpets and rug, did a perfect job. Pet stains gone; carpets and rug look like new. Juan is a serious, highly knowledgeable professional, who puts a very good face on Zerorez.

I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with your service. My carpets have NEVER looked so good, not even when we moved in 6 years ago. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the "health" of my carpet. They litterally saved me thousands of dollars by reviving the deep shag of our carpet. I was already plotting on how to convince my husband that it was time to tear the nasty carpet out and put in new flooring. I had already picked the colors and design. These gentlemen promised me that they would change that for me - and they delivered!!!! My carpet is so soft and fluffy and there are no "returning" spots or shadows, not even the old stain from my kids smooshing half a jar of vaseline into the carpet from years ago. I can't even tell you how theilled I am and how in love I am with my carpet again. It looks virtually brand new again!!! Well worth every penny spent - and then some. Zerorez is where it is at. The company delivers exactly as it advertises. I am now a loyal customer and will spread the word!!
The end result was good, and the rugs were cleaned, but I didn't feel comfortable with the conversation with the technician. He offered me the option to send the rugs in for "a deep clean," at a premium of nearly $300! You mean you can't get the rugs clean here?? Then he wanted to take them out on the driveway. The driveway is filthy! Fortunately, we have a clean garage, and opted to have him take the rugs out there, as he said there would be a wet mess in the house. I didn't have him do the chairs I wanted cleaned, because the pricing was another $200 or so--way too expensive. Disappointed that Alan Stock is a spokesperson for this, as I usually trust what he says.
