The team who cleaned my carpets, Wil and D, were very professional, courteous, and hard-working. They explained the products and options very well. I have three dogs so I liked that no dangerous chemicals were used. My carpets look better now than when I moved in a year ago. I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends and family. Extremely satisfied!

The carpet stains came out. There was no smell of chemicals when they were done. Was called with reminders and when they were on their way.

I like the way the carpet feels and looks not that crunchy sound. Also smells good. I like the idea of no residue. The tech Roy was very good. Have used you more then once. All the techs have been nice and helpful with suggestions concerning hard spots .

It took almost 18 hrs. For my carpets to dry. Although they look nice, I think that it's a bit too long to dry.
tell customer the charge on scotch guard and the price of a small hall reduce the price if 18 steps ...29 dollars a room escalated to over 300 hundred dollars
Andrew was professional, thorough and did a great job on my house.
My carpet was extremely dirty, especially my stairs, and Roy was able to get it completely clean. And I love there is no smell at all from chemicals. Service was very friendly and was able to make an appointment right away. this is my 3rd or 4th time using them. And I will keep on using them!! Thanks Roy
good service and communication
Andrew called before he came and arrived in a timely manner and did a super job! He reviewed what I wanted done, suggested additional treatment for some pet stained areas, which I declined, and then he got busy. I have used Zerorez previously and have been happy with the results. I have another appointment scheduled soon to have another room and some chair cushions cleaned. I look forward to continuing to use Zerorez in the future.

I asked for pet treatment that went to the pad. I didn't get it. I have new stains on my floor that have never been there ever. I want a refund. I feel I got ripped off. If I wanted such a crap job done I would have rented a rug doc. I don't want a tech to come out unless they are going to clean the floor the way me and my fiance asked. To get rid of the pet smell. The smell is still there not going away.
I had some stains that I would have expected to come out that didn't and the technician said that he applied the pet deodorizer to the solution and he couldn't remove it I'm glad I didn't pay for it because it didn't work. I was not very satisfied with this visit. The technician was nice I'm not sure if the chemicals used were the problem or maybe the machine?
