The first tech (Rob) came to our home and cleaned our carpet on May 25th. After he left the carpet started to roll in several places, the carpet smelled like met dirt, took over 18 hrs to dry and dark spots appeared on the carpet.
I called an complained that this cleaning was nothing like the first one we had, so they sent another tech out to redo the carpet. While he was cleaning there was water coming from under the truck. I would give this trip a Zero rating.
Art came out to our home on May 27th. He re-cleaned the carpet and totally did an awesome job!! The carpet dried in 4 hrs, smells good, fells great to the touch and very happy with this experience. I have requested Art to clean my carpet from now on and no one else.I don't want anymore bad experiences.
Couch dried leaving yellow stains all over cushions and frame material. Spoke to Crystal at Zerorez and have set another appointment to hopefully correct the matter. Though no exact proof, I think the gentleman that cleaned my carpet undid the hose in my front yard to clean off his utensils and left the spigot on dripping. I didn't discover it until several hours later.
your service guy did a fantastic job!!! I couldn't be more pleased!! He was very thorough with the job, very polite and an asset to your company... Once again, you are the only people who will ever clean my carpets. And our natural stone turned awesome as well.. GREAT JOB ZACH

The technician was great. He had a great sense of humor and was very professional. He also upsold me from a $200 carpet cleaning to almost a $1000 for doing all the tile as well. He did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the results.

I thought your service was good, but the technician we had was exceptional and he made the difference between you and your competitors. His professionalism and explanations on the different options (ie. Pet resistant application, furniture cleaning) made it simple to upgrade our experience
We were told that a free tile cleaning came with our carpet cleaning and that did not happen. When we talked to a representative about this we were told that next time they came out to our house we could get our free tile cleaning so basically I have to pay for two carpet cleanings to get my "free" tile cleaning. I also talked to Brad at the Las Vegas store and he was condesending toward me as we discussed a descrepency in our bill. He said he would call back to discuss it with my husband and has not called back. He should have called two days ago.
No one was pushy and tried to sell us anything we didn't need or want. You honored the same price that we paid a year ago. You are on time and very respectful. Love this company and we will always return!! And most important- our carpets look amazing!
