I have had all your services and have been very happy. I am a repeat customer and have referred others to you. I really liked having two techs this time as it went very fast with the same results. It is more efficient with two and feel there should always be two techs to a truck. It makes the customer happier too. I like the concept of no harmful chemicals without giving up the results of cleanliness.

I have used Zerorez for years. My extremely old carpet always comes out looking like new except for this time. The young man said it looked like it did not need a deep cleaning so I am wondering if he didn't mix a strong enough solution. Looked a bit dark and not real clean.

Benjamin, the gentleman who cleaned my loveseat, was very professional, courteous and informative of what would be used to clean my loveseat. I have pets and he understood the importance of no chemicals which would harm them. He was very diligent and thorough in his work and showed up promptly at the appointed time. It looks SO much better and the appearance is vastly improved! I am very pleased with the results.
