I like that there's no soap used and no residue left behind. Our carpet looked great; brand new. We had one urine pet stain that came out completely. We also had our tile cleaned and it looked wonderful. The grout looked nice except where we had cracks in it, which is not the fault of zerorez at all. The service was great. It did take about 4 hours due to only one person there to do the job, but he did a wonderful job.

NIce job but the dark spots didn't come clean like they have in the past.
The service was excellent, he did an amazing job, very professional and very attention to detail- well done. Our carpet and tile look like new. Only one critisim, we had seal done for the tile. Some areas on tile look hazy a little. I believe it is related to product(seal).
The pet stain treatment faded an area of the carpet that it was applied

While the tech was pleasant, the work was sloppy. There is an area where some type of cleansing agent was used that bleached out the carpet. It was in an area where existing stains remain even after treatment. There was also the distinct feeling that every single fine print contract item that could be charged, was. I've used a number of qualified traditional carpet cleaners in the past and always paid less for, quite frankly, a better end product. The carpets are still damp and it's been well over 24 hours! I'm glad the 100 sf of tile cleaning was gratis because the area under the baseboards were left with a lot of debris. (I had my tile cleaned about 9 months ago and am not that much of a slob so it was jus the debris from a perfunctory "free" clean.) Again, the guy was nice but the quality is not what I would expect for a company that advertises as aggressively as Zerorez or makes as many claims as being superior to traditional steam cleaners.

I was so impressed with the quality and results of my carpet cleaning, I will never use anyone else! My technician was super nice and helpful! He explained to me the process of how the carpets are cleaned and did an amazing job! My carpets and house smell so fresh! It is amazing how much of a difference it makes.
