Efficient and effective
My carpet looked amazing and didn't smell like chemicals afterwards.
The gentleman that was there to clean my grandma's carpet really listened to what she wanted to have done.

Odor was completely eliminated. Stains that made me think my carpet would never be cleaned and thought I would have to replace my carpet came out and look like new. Brandon was excellent. Explained everything, told me what he could do and what he couldn't. Was honest and forthcoming with me. Very polite and courteous to me and my kids.
The process is very good & dries quickly. The service technician, Art R, has been here twice and is the most helpful representative one could hope for.

There are too many add-ons to your $29 per room. That is problematic. I'm planning on $100 for 3 bedrooms plus three small area rugs ..... pet treatments, preservative treatments and now the bill is suddenly $200. I'll be looking at my previous carpet cleaner.

My floors did not turn out the way they should have. Your tech should have maybe did a test spot and told me he couldn't clean them the way they needed to be or something but $250 later my Wife is upset I even tried to have them cleaned. You tell me what you can do to fix the problem?
The carpets are always clean and fresh smelling. Todd always does a terrific job and he is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He had Spencer with him and he was also very good.
Show up on time. 50 minutes past the 3 hour window which ruined the rest of my day.
The cleaning process used by Zerorez really works. It cleans the carpets well and they stay clean.
