The professionalism of the company and its personnel is outstanding. We were given phone calls to remind us of our appointment as well as updates as to the time our technician would arrive. Anthony did an awesome job, and we really enjoyed his personality while he was here. I will ask for him every time we need Zerorez!

Very good cleaning and removed a lot of dirt! My carpets look great!
I had a rug taken out for washing. A few pieces of no slip tape were not removed. Odd the rugs were washed and tape not removed.

Carpets looked great! Work was done very quickly too and on time. Only thing I was wondering about was I thought we were supposed to get some tile cleaning done but didn't.
The person who came to clean the carpets was very friendly and efficient.
You guys are magicians. My carpets and furniture were a lost cause, or so I thought. Then your technician came and worked tirelessly to make my house look almost brand new. He really went out of his way to ensure he did the very best possible, and to make sure I was happy. Fabulous job and although slightly more expensive than others the end result is so worth it. I could not be happier.

I love the products zerorez uses because they don't make my home smell of chemicals and they leave the carpet feeling clean when it dries and not crunchy like other companies I've used before. Our technician Luis was wonderful and very helpful! I would absolutely recommend zerorez.
