overcharged me sold products and services not needed. As far as how to regain my confidence in your methods to use your company again I suggest you present and explain the low advertised prices you offer and eliminate the unnecessary expensive services. I am not a negotiator and am extremely upset by being placed in such a situation.
Both guys did a nice job (Juan & Benjamin) my carpet look real nice. The only thing my husband was upset about was the marks on the back board, he has to paint it. Other then that we are happy with the way the carpet looks.
The technician was very professional, on time and explained the process very clearly. We are very pleased with the final outcome of the carpet cleaning. It has been a week since we had the carpet and stairs done and they still look just like the first day. Job well done.

I like that your product leaves no residue in my carpet, and yet after 13 years with no professional cleaning done during that time, my carpet was brought back to an absolute like-new condition. Amazing! Additionally, the tech who did the cleaning (Jacob) was extremely professional, off-the-chart knowledgeable about the product and process, and very efficient and friendly. This is going to become an annual service in my household!

The carpet cleaning and guy who did that was great. The scheduled time and the way that was handled was not so great. The customer service level of the lady who called to change the time went way down when I said I couldn't make the later time she wanted to change the time to... which was hours later than the time window they gave.
