Be up front about the costs. I was told a thorough cleaning was $33 a room. That was not the case. 4 rooms cost $300. That's a big difference in the quoted price of $132. And the tech did a great job on the carpets, he left the tiles a mess. Foot prints, water marks, ect.

I have already submitted why I was disappointed. All of the information for the appointment was wrong, the tech went to the wrong house, my carpets didn't come out as well as I expected.

Will was our technician and he did an amazing job!!! He took the time to explain air duct cleaning so we decided to schedule an appointment to have them cleaned. He was very friendly and he took his time with our carpets. I always recommend zerorez and will continue to do so. I hope we have a similar experience with our air duct cleaning!!!

I like that everything is quick, efficient, and noninvasive. The representative was very professional and polite.
Other than a small mishap along the way I was very much satisfied. However, there was one phone call that made me very uncomfortable and that the call is separate from the mishap I have mentioned, which was not a big deal, but this inconvenient call was after the mishap and with a lady who initially answers to which she incompetently liaised my needs, better yet it seemed like she does not know what she is doing!
The smell after cleaning was magnificent! I can't believe how clean my tile grout cmturned out. Worth every penny!
