Shannon was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. He helped to educate us on tile and carpet cleaning to determine what we needed. My carpet looks like new again. The fact that there are no lingering chemicals, just makes it that much better. I will use Zerorez and request Shannon in the future.

I am a repeat customer and I have always been happy with the job you do but this last time I was disappointed. I think the cleaner rushed the job and left my carpets too wet. Carpet took overnight to dry and I could feel how wet they were when i walked on the carpet after he left. The carpets felt crunchy the next day, this had never happened before with your company. $350 for less than 2 hours of work is too much.

Your Service Representative Dee was very pleasant and well informed. Dee explained in detail all the aspects of the services he was offering to me. Dee was efficient, respectful of my home and me. He was prompt and examined all areas to be cleaned and answered all my questions in a Professional manner.

The technicians who have came to my house have always been very friendly and always do a great job. I also love that there are no chemicals left in the carpet.

Your cleaning technique is very good. No residue and very little order which is great for my COPD. The carpet was very stained but the Tech done a terrific job. I know the stains will return but it looks very good right now. Will have you do it again in the future. Luis Meza was very good.
