My carpets haven't looked this good since the first few months of having them put down originally. The technician was professional but friendly and worked hard to get pet and kid stains up. We will definitely use Zerorez to clean our carpets in the future.

I feel your advertising was misleading. Either your charges are $29.00 per room, or not. The additional $29.00 for "====SPECIALS========-Min charge" seems a made up charge.
The carpet cleaning was fine, but my floors were left streaky where the technician wiped up the drips.

CARPET STILL DIRTY AND SMELLS. I REALLY LIKED THE TECH, BUT HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR LESS THAN 20 MINS AND MY CARPETS WHERE STILL WET THE FOLLOWING DAY.. I HAD HIGHER EXPECTAIONS DUE TO ZEROREZ'S REPUTATION. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR COMPANY

Sending one guy here when we had large furniture to move is not appreciated. We had large sofas that I assumed would be moved without customer interaction. We were not going to have your associate hurt himself of damage something attempting to do it alone. However he was competent, congenial and professional.
