Did a great job
No after smells or residues. I am shocked at how clean it got my carpet! The tech was wonderful in explaining everything.
The young man was very helpful and friendly. Will be calling again to have my kitchen tile cleaned. I also liked the calls before coming out.

The cleaning process is amazing and with no residue left behind.. Plus the carpet is completely dry in a few hours. I've hired several different cleaning companies over the years but none compare with Zerorez!

Your appointment system is too vague. Too call at 1:45 and say you not be there until 1pm is unacceptable in my world. You are always late but this was the worst. On the plus side Todd was very efficient.
I just now 24 hours later(3:30) found places that looks like soap.. cleaner.... whatever dried in. I had called earlier about hall area spot. Not pleased at all.

Brandon was knowledgeable about carpets, rugs, and tile. He did a great job and at a price that I could afford. After he removed my 6 oriental rugs for cleaning and sealant/protectorant, he cleaned all of my carpet and tile. The floors look awesome. I wish I had it done sooner.

Your technicians were great! They were on time and did a great job on the carpets. Your customer service/phone representative needs some work! They truly need to listen,repeat the work that needs to be done and ask more questions! They need to explain what is entailed in a cleaning. Explain that a stair landing and a small hallway are two(2) separate areas even though they are connected and that a walk in closet is not covered under a bedroom (separate price). The work order was not correct, a big mess and I felt sorry for the technicians when they arrived.I was unhappy due to the price quote of $144.00 to a finish of $215.00. This house was empty! Your representatives also need to inform the customer of the $8.00 fuel charge in advance. Seeing it on the email quote doesn't fly. Your technicians went above and beyond to make it right and save the job. Because of your technicians and the fine job they did, I will recommend your service to others.
Also,we never received a call back about the recorded conversation of when we ordered the service to see where the order got mixed up.

The technicians are always fabulous and knowledge. The carpets look and feel great, there is no chemical residue causing reactions in myself or my household. I enjoy walking barefoot on the carpets barefoot after Zerorez has been here, which has not been true before I discovered you. You are the only company who will ever clean my carpets again.
