I used Stanley steemer before, they were cheaper AND got alost ALL the stains out.. your overpriced and the carpet looks like I cleaned it myself not paid $225 to have it cleaned.
Of course when the guy arrives there are two or three more chemicals he wants to sell me, otherwise he indicated the cleaning would not be beneficial. I was quoted at $155 and ended up paying $324. Two days later your results are no different than any other company who has cleaned our carpet. It seems like an old fashioned bait and switch.

The two men that came to clean my carpets were great! They let me know all my options for cleaning with no pressure to purchase extra services. Also informative on natural stone cleaning!! I will be requesting same men for my next cleaning !

Lower prices. No "service fee" just include things in your prices. Don't tack on extra fees. If it's $33 for a service but no fee on top vs $29 for a service plus a fee that's just annoying.
On time. Friendly. But most of all, the carpet looks and feels great.
Dry time.
The products are pet friendly , leave no residue and leave the carpets fresh and comfortable
We had two sofas cleaned along with our family room rug. The sofas look brand new. The rug had several spots from dog"accidents" that kept returning from previous cleanings. The spots were completely removed and the rug looks great. ZeroRex guarantees the spots won't return. Juan, our service provider, was very knowledgeable and an interesting guy. We are very happy with our sofas and carpet and will tell our friends.
