The service was great, and not too expensive. We ended up opting for the add-on products (like deeper clean & protectant), which added to the final price, but for a basic clean $29/room is a great deal.

Technician did a fantastic job. Stains that other companies as well as myself have tried to remove for years are gone!!! Carpet that is over 20 years old looks new again!!!!!
No chemicals yet thoroughly cleans great for allergies.
We were told that with a black light that pet pee stains were seen in two rooms. For $70 more they would treet for the stains. What we werent told was that included or did that money cover all the stains, or just the pee stains. We were not happy with the results.
Couldn't ask for better service. Even with a scheduling mistake Brad managed to fit me in day of. The carpets were cleaner than I could have imagined given all the foot traffic area stains. This company, employees, and service are a flash back to the times when service and best possible product came before the just making another buck. They will be first on my list from now on. Thank you!
17 year old carpet looks almost new. Zach, in our opinion, was the most professional and thorough employee of Zerorez that we have ever had. Our stairs, hallway, living room and dining room were done to perfection. I will always request him and I've recommended him to my daughters

I have lived in Las Vegas for 18 years and have had my carpet cleaned many time by several cleaning companies never being really satisfied. Zerores completely destroyer the competition. EXCELLANT JOB.
Technician, Luis Meza, explained every step of the process to my satisfaction. He and his co-worker, Michele, were polite, thorough, and very conscientious about neatness and cleanup. As a homeowner, I tend to be very cautious about such a service; and, I admit that I tend to supervise the entire job. Despite it probably being their last call of the day and as it was closing in on 7pm, they maintained a very cordial and professional attitude. The result: we definitely notice a change in the air; it smells better, it feels better, and the A/C seems to cool faster and more quietly.
Small problem but entirely my fault...I found a vent in a walk-in closet that I did not see on my walk through before the service...a vent that did not get cleaned. However, it is at the far end of the system and I will not bother about it. My suggestion: advise technicians to NOT trust the client and to make as thorough inspection as possible regarding this.
Carpets are cleaned like new and it dries quickly.
