The results are an outstanding job.
Juan was a very good representative for your company. The only complaint I have is that I was under the impression that because we didn't do the free tile cleaning, we were supposed to get a small area rug cleaned. We were charged 25.00 and the rug was NOT that large.
it works the technican did his job in a workmanship manner and even then I was doubtful but the end result was great it is my intention to have this done at minimum of once a year and most likely twice a year.
Clean carpet, stays clean longer. Professional employee.
My technician was fantastic. He was friendly and really nice.
But I feel like the carpet doesn't look much different from before. There's a few spots that seem to still be faintly in the carpet. And for paying a lot extra (more than what I was quoted on the phone) for the more expensive pet service, he said he pulled out a lot of dog hair. But when I sat on the carpet later in the evening, I can still see hair visibly in the carpet.
It doesn't smell which is good, but wasn't as good as I thought it would be for what was paid.
Walls were damaged unfortunately didn't notice until tech left

Excellent result even though I had to have the added cost of the deep cleaning machine. Our rug and tile cleaning service was done by Juan, whom we found a pleasure to deal with. Will have no hesitation in recommending your company, and we will be using you again.

Although we didn't end up using your services because it didn't pay to clean the rug, your service representative was cordial, helpful and knowledgable. We would definitely use Zerorez in the future.
Everything was great. The price for hard surface cleaning was a little steep.
The cleaning aspect is great, but I don't appreciate the price increase when the carpet cleaner arrives. I received a quote over the phone for exactly what was being done (less the oversize room added charge that I didn't know about) and he raised the price. He also said he would stop by my neighbors house to give her a bid and he didn't!

The promptness was very appreciated.
Did not get receipt for work done. On tiled floors the grout looks great however the surface, when wiping clear water spots off, leaves streaks that are hard to get off. The wood floors were not done because of high estimate cost. Also pricing did not reflect advertisement as mentioned on Heidi Harris radio show.
I like the no detergent technology and the tech was very nice, did a good job and didn't try to sell me "add ons" like most carpet cleaners- I will tell everyone I know about your service!
The carpet was too wet & it had this strong smell & took a long time to dry, but Jay was very nice
