Rob was professional.
I was charged for pet stains from the previous owner that were visable with a blacklight that your employees showed me, promising these would be broken up and gone, yet after the treatment and cleaning they were still there and when I said "you told me they would be gone" he said "oh well, I tried". I paid $70 for something I did not even know was there until he got a blacklight, promised those blacklight stains would be gone and then told "oh well". I feel it is a scam.
Your tech did a great job! He's a keeper.
I liked my technician, Jared (?). He was friendly and just a really nice guy. My carpets look great right now but they were done yesterday. Why don't you guys give me a call in two weeks and we'll see how it's holding up?

While cleaning, the technician could wear those plastic foot coverings so as not to track dirt during the process. An explanation of the process and how it can improve carpet and tile life would be very beneficial. Also any suggestions to keep carpet and tile quality last longer would've been great.

After a big rain in Las Vegas, it was necessary to have my area rugs cleaned. I was concerned that they would have a nasty smell and need replaced. They turned out great! No after smell, and the process was quick. I've used Zerorez twice now, and I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend.
