Professional and friendly service. We love the way are carpets turned out. Time will tell though, we are taking great measures to assure the carpets stay as well as they look after the cleaning.

I am so happy with the results of our cleaning, and beyond impressed with the kindness and attention to detail performed by Dometrik. He called me to update his arrival time, efficiently performed the job, and even offered to clean my ceiling fan so it wouldn't blow dust on my beautifully cleaned carpet. Super thoughtful and so pleasant. I will recommend Zerorez and request Dometrik on future jobs! Please acknowledge and reward his customer service!

I've used Zerorez for several years now. I have been very pleased every time with the service. I would like to add though that I called about the July special that included tickets to see The Secret Life of Pets. I talked to the girl about this when I called. No tickets when we had the carpet done ($300.00 worth). I called Monday morning. She told me she would get the tickets out that morning. As of Saturday afternoon still no tickets. It's not a big deal it's just annoying. You shouldn't have specials if you can't honor them.
Orange/lemon peel degreeser, alkaline water, no soap/fragrance residue. Dee was great, had experience and knew what he was talking about. I took before and after photos and was texting them to family and friends as Dee was doing his work. Dee also cleaned my tile floors. I had been on my hands and knees with bleach and a scrub brush but Zerorez, with Dee's efforts, cleaned them almost like new. I've never had carpets in my very long life, these are the first, but I remember hearing the zerorez commercials in CA and they came to my mind immediately when I thought of cleaning the carpets.

Want to try tile cleaning and have rest of carpet cleaned
I like that the carpets are cleaned without chemicals. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and the carpets are cleaner this time than last time. Also they have a 100 sq ft special "free tile cleaning" that is wonderful. I made an appointment, then rescheduled. That appointment didn't make it into their booking. The staff was very kind and made it work for me. I really appreciated that! Also the professional that cleaned my carpet, Andrew, knew the type of carpet I had as well as the positive and negative aspects of the carpet.

I have doing business with Zerorez for 10+ years and this last time was very disappointing. Justin wouldn't listen to what I needed done he kept trying to up sell me. He left without letting me know ha had chipped my floor tile when his handle dropped on the floor. I heard a loud noise but never thought to look. He had already left when I found the piece of tile. Unfortunately I have been too upset to call the owner about the entire experience. If I ever call Zerorez again don't send him again. I have referred many people to you over the years.,in fact my daughter uses Zerorez for her business.
Make sure to clean up the sticky tile area leading into each room after you have cleaned the carpets. The guy was very nice and professional on how he did his job. However at the end of the job after we paid him and he left, we walked back towards the rooms and realized the 3-4 feet of the tile leading into each room was sticky. We had to scrub about 3-4 feet of tile leading to each room so we didn't track the sticky back onto the carpet. The carpets looked good, however I hope that when he steamed the carpet area, it lifted all the sticky spray out of the carpet so that it will not attract dirt fast. I guess only time will tell.

I was sure I would need new carpeting because the house I rented out had a two year old toddler, a dog, and a black cat. Your technician did such a good job, the carpet looks almost new. I am delighted with Zerorez and your technician Zack, and I will never use another carpet cleaning company.
Did not show up . Called to find out what was going on and never got a call back . Confusion over two people named First name removed ...not even same address or city . Then emailed me a bill copy for my "service " . When I later spoke to a customer care person she was rude and dismissive and said mistakes happen . From her demeanor and tone it sounded like a canned speech... Must have to give it a lot .
