3 main items I like about your company, first was the rapid service I was given, second the driver, juan, was very nice and responded to all my concerns and his advice was well worth the price, which brings me to the third point. The cost for cleaning the carpet and freshness that is now in my home was well worth it.

Friendliness and knowledge.
The technician I had was a very hard worker. I had a lot of services that I requested and he got them done well in a timely manner. Your company probably should have sent a helper with him. I like the fact that your company doesn't use harsh chemicals. I couldn't believe how much stuff came out of my carpet. The technician did a great job.
Service was great, once the technician got here. He was VERY POLITE AND KEPT APPOLIGIZING for the office mistakes.
Jerod was very professional and answered all of our questions before he began. He did a wonderful job and it did not take very long. This is the first time we have used Zerorez and we will use nothing else but Zerorez again.
I would like it if you were more upfront with the cost when I call for my appointment. Give me a realistic estimate on the price range for my stairway and pet treatment.
But I like Zerorez--my carpet stays clean longer and I like that, of course. I do tell others about Zerorez, whenever carpet cleaning comes up.

Thorough and knowledgeable technician, explained the process and what was needed to get our carpets clean.
I like that the product is safe for animals and it sure does clean the carpet and make it look like new again. It takes away all the traffic dirt and when walking on it, it feels like new carpet (nice and soft). I had tried several other companies before finding zerorez several years ago and would never use anyone else again.
The service is excellent also. They are on time and are very curteous and do a wonderful job.

The man who did the cleaning of our carpet was very nice and explained what he was going to do. My house smelled so nice and the carpet was beautiful.

$399 for two one bedroom apartments is extremely steep. I feel they guy new I was in a hurry to get them done, as I was only in town for 2 days. There are people who do these units at $25 a room which make the total $75 . I know you are a chain etc and advertise so you are going to be higher in price no problem nut more than twice the price not good. PLUS having me sign an invoice that states there is no guarantee, my fault for not reading it but to me very unprofessional. Won't use you again sorry.

I have noticed the last few times I have had my carpets cleaned there appears to be a lot of add on charges to get the carpet cleaned to my satisfaction. I didn't experience that in the first few years I was a client of Zerorez. Maybe provide a list of all of the charges for all the different cleaning and protection options at the time of setting the appointment. When I first started getting my carpet cleaned the price was very reasonable, the last time it seemed high for the same service I had received in the past.
We've used you before and once again you all did a really good job. Very pleased.
