The Ad stated Carpets pre-treated, cleaned & Sanitized for only $29 plus 100ft.of tile cleaned FREE......
No tile cleaned... I guess pre-treated was me moving the furniture and vacuum.
My house is small (only 1600sq.ft.)
the 3 bed bedrooms are small.
The carpet is covered with a king size bed in one, twin beds in one and office carpet is covered by office furniture and plastic mat for chair.
So it was just walk areas that needed cleaning.. There was pet urine on some of these walk areas.. I was told it would be an extra fee for this..
Was I supposed to tell him No and not have carpets cleaned .....
then after they are cleaned I'm told there is a fee for scotch guard..
$461 is too...much .... never received an itemized receipt....
It took 2 days for the carpet to dry.......And cost a $150 a room....
Have been sharing by bad experience with friends........
No chemicals and the rugs come out so nice and clean.

Carpet dried pretty quick and looks great. Had kitchen tile cleaned too and looks great. Thought price to seal grout was a little high, but since cleaning was "free", was worth it as it looks great too.
Give lower cost estimates, rather than having to negotiate such a high price down to a more realistic price for services. The representatives for the company were extremely polite and professional.

I really liked the carpet cleaner that did my carpeting. He worked really hard to get a cranberry juice stain out of the carpet. He did a really good job. I have used you in the past and I think his name is Al was very good.
That you don't use any chemicals to clean .

Our technician, Art, was fantastic. He was very polite, explained the procedures and products to us so we knew exactly what we were paying for, and was very thorough in his work. We felt as though he took his time to make sure our carpet was as clean as can be.
