Rob,the cleaner, did a wonderful job and was very nice. The rugs are really clean. This is why I use Zerorez.
So far we are pleased with the cleaning of our rugs. Jerry was an easy to work with gentleman and I was comfortable having him in our home.
Not yet ready to give you a 10 until some time passes and the rugs stay clean for a reasonable amount of time.

Jarred. He has helped me twice,and he couldn't be nicer or more professional. This last time we had a coffee mishap on my light beige carpet. He came right on time, reassuring me that he could take care of the huge spot. Within minutes he had it out! He cleaned my whole family room, and you would never know anything was wrong. I will call Zerorez every time...they (Jarred) are wonderful.

Once Rob got here, it did not take long at all for my small condo to be done.

The citrus smell vs the chemical smell!
Carpets were good but i absolutley wouldnt ever suggest to my friends to have zerorez do any shower tile/grout work..i also just noticed a chunk of paint they took out on my bathroom wall from their hose..so yeah..no
The tech. was suppose to come between 12 and 1 Saturday afternoon but shows up at approximately 9:30 in the morning. Then I ask him to come back at 12:00 since we are seeing patients until then and he shows up at 12:59. The marble floors did not look clean after he left and insects were scattered around but not picked up. VERY DISAPOINTED!
Friendly staff and fast service. My house has never looked so good.
Excellent cleaning with no soap residue.
Carpet cleaner person:
1) missed some spots (one was 3 drops of blood)--maybe that doesn't come out;
2) He didn't move my recliner & TV snack tray. I felt he could have done that since I moved 6 dining room chairs for him, even tho I'm in my 70's.

Quick service and the fact you do not use chemicals
I thoroughly enjoy the customer service from setting the appointment to finishing the job. Also, the fact that there are no chemicals in my carpets that could affect any of my pets or family is a huge plus!
First the technician was considerably later than our doctor expected and no 30 minute phone call ws provided. Dr. Martin actually had to call you to find out what time to expect the arrival. Second, our carpets look far worse than prior to the "cleaning". The splotchiness is like a neon sign that something is wrong. Also, the technician bumped one of our servers battery back up and that shut down all access for our employees. We had to have our IT people come out (at $95/hr) to reset our system due to the complexity of getting things back online.
Another issue, is that initially our appointment was scheduled incorrectly (discovered in the confirmation email) and I had to call to get it fixed to the correct day and time.
Our technician was Wil. He did a fantastic job, and great personality. We will be requesting him in near future to continue to keep our carpets like new !!

The sealer applied to our limestone tile after cleaning does not seal the tile. water will still soak through the sealer to show a wet spot. The sealed tile surface also shows bright marks when a chair (with plastic caps) is slid along to move before sitting in it.
Our sealer (before your cleaning) still prevented any water wet spots as demonstrated to your worker who said the Zerorez sealer would likewise seal the floor.
We wer also promised an invoice via email that has never been delivered.

There was a sharpie spot the tech said was impossible to remove. I googled what to do and it said saturate with hair spray and blot. Came out completely. Your techs should know this
