Professionalism of the technician .
The job the technician Wil did was excellent. I go by what the carpets looked like the next day when it comes to my rating and the improvement was excellent even though it had only been a year since our last carpet cleaning.
Will was very respectful and professional. Was quick with his service and was very thorough.

The guys have have come to my house on different occasions have been friendly and courteous and the method you guys use really does work better than the steam method that leaves my carpets damp. I can actually have you guys come in and clean my carpet right before a familly event in my home withourly worries about waiting for the carpet to dry and more important, for any stains rising back up due to stepping on wet carpet.
I've used you guys on two occasions and will only use Zerores on my carpets.
The carpet in one of the rooms that I had rented and the tenant moved out looked really bad with several stains and heavy traffic tracks and now it looks great!
Btw... The kitchen tiles look great after he did the demo on them.

My carpet looks and feels amazing! I have never seen it this nice after a cleaning. It was my first Zerorez cleaning and I will only be using this company from now on.
Your crew was able to get nasty long standing stains plus residue from double sided tape off the carpet! I had been down on my knees trying to get up and couldn't.
They said...".we're not leaving till all the stains are gone".

My appointment time was scheduled between 10am-1pm. Although the cleaners did call prior to arrival, they did not arrive until nearly 1pm. This was 3 hours of time that I could have used to complete other tasks rather than staying in close proximity to my residence.

I thought that when I called for a carpet cleaning that your co. would do the best to get my carpet clean. I was told that what I was paying for was not a deep clean and that I would have to pay more than double to get my carpet really clean.In the past other company's just clean the carpet as best they can.I felt that this was up selling.
They produce good results. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and did a good job.
