Carpet cleaning was great. Carpet looked, smelled, and felt good. The employee that came was very friendly. I paid nearly double for grout cleaning and the grout cleaning wasn't that great. Plenty of spots were missed, so the floor looks uneven.
The service was excellent. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but the young man Jason did a good job of explaining why my decision to select Zero Rez was a better choice. I will refer my friends and associates.
Your technician Anthony was very professional, courteous, friendly and hard working. He did a great job on cleaning the area rug and customer service oriented. He is an assets to your company.

The service! Dale Polk was amazing, he is so patient and helpful. By far the best service ever! We had to have him come back to do more of the house being that everywhere else looked so good. He explained the process and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final result.

the Serviceman was very amiable, and cooperative - great service. He did the best job he could considering it was an older carpet - and in really bad shape due to several pets over the years. He was efficient and focused on the job.

Refund my money. You can't even really tell the carpets were cleaned. Still see the traffic areas, and some dirt spots. I feel I do a better job with my little home cleaner.

I think it would be a benefit to your customers if you were to lay plastic down on floors prior to bringing hoses in from outside. The hoses were dragged on the ground and then through my home. I was disappointed that you didn't provide something to put down and didn't want me to put anything down because it would make the job more difficult. Person performing job assured me hoses were cleaned after each job. Even if that is the case, doesn't solve the problem of the hose touching the ground from the van then into my home

The tech was very good, proud of the fact that he did a excellent job. I definitely would use Zerorez again. Ask for Brandon the tech we had the pleasure of having as our tech.
We like that the products used by Zerorez not only clean the carpet, but also do not leave chemical residue. This ensures better health for our family--especially for our kids with severe allergies/reactions, as chemicals most carpet-cleaning companies use cause severe reactions for our kids. We were very impressed that Zerorez stuck to their "guarantee" with us when we had concerns. This ensures that not only can we utilize their services with confidence each time we need carpet cleaning, but that we can refer them to friends and family with that same confidence for honesty and excellence.

Art did a great job getting the carpet cleaned, was very professional and explained everything along the way.
Water-based, so no residue on carpet; carpet dries rapidly; technicians knowledgeable, good communicators/educators, thorough, helpful, thoughtful.
Everything was an up-sell. I am sure the tech is doing his job and that is how he is paid, but it doesn't work well with me.
The issue is with the fact that the carpet was not cleaned as well as it could be, it required a deep cleaning. I get that, but don't sell it as 3 rooms for $99 or whatever the special is. I did not budget for $380 to make my carpets look good. Tell me up front what it is going to cost and stick to your price. I did explain to the tech that I had $300 cash and do your best, this after I mentally budgeted for $200. That apparently was not enough to get it close to the $380 result or it wasn't possible to make it right, I do not know. At the end I had to pay $300 + the $8 fuel charge which I had borrow from my kids. I literally had $300 cash, apparently that was not clear - WTF?
And the bio cleaning treatment?? Yup our old Chihuahua has pee'd on the carpet on occasion, but whatever spray you are using can not be a true bio treatment unless it is an enzyme treatment which does not work in 10 minutes. Also fix the can it is carried around in, it leaked a milky white droplet reside all over our wood floors everywhere it went, it required quite an effort to clean it off the wood floors after the fact.
We have had other carpet cleaners out for half the price which looked as good or better. Sure the detergent residue brought it back eventually where you wear shoes on the carpet, but we already have a "zero rez" dark area that my wife claims is because I wore shoes in the area. Whatever.
Oh and the 2-4 hours for it dry? Please. It was the next day for rooms we did not use fans and space heaters on, the carpet was WET. Quite an effort to make rooms usable to sleep in.
A couple of runs with my Rug Doctor would have yielded the same results, yes with chemical detergents, but it makes it look nice. Oh and the trick which no one seems to get is you use Tide in the Rug Doctor and you get clean carpets and no residue, kind of like the clothes you wear every day. I will stick to my own cleaning and share what I know with others.
Sorry I fell for the commercial hype. BTW respond with some defending BS and I post this to Facebook. Don't waste my time and I wont ruin yours.
