Excellent job! Cleaning was thorough leaving only a "fresh" scent. Heavily stained tile grout was cleaned to original color tan. Carpets were deep cleaned and dried. The technician, Dometrik, arrived in the time frame promised, was professional and friendly, and offered helpful suggestions about tile,grout and carpet upkeep and care.
It does seem to leave less residue and the carpet dries quicker. The technician was very professional and he was big help with a couple of items. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I have been very pleased with the service

Excellent professional services rendered.
Brandon was wonderful and I will use him for all of my client's homes I am a Realtor and am asked to clean carpets before putting on the market. Also, I will always use him for my home and will tell my friends abou!!!t him. He is very professional and a people person. He is the best.

Juan and Jacob were the two workers who cleaned our carpets. They were both excellent workers, respectful and efficient. We would recommend them, one hundred percent. They were very informative about the rug cleaning process, as this was the first time we had our carpets cleaned by professionals.
unlike most cleaning co my carpet feel good to walk on not crusty like shampoo. the gentlement who did the job was very helpful and i would recommand him .
