Our technician was very nice, but unfortunately I am very disappointed in how my carpets look. I have had a competitor do an amazing job on them, but it cost me a lot of money. I was not expecting as nice of a job simply because I did not spend anything near what I did with them. I was however, expecting better results, it really looks like we rented a machine and did them ourselves.
The two technicians were professional, courteous, and very thorough. My sofa and loveseat take a daily beating as an animal lounger so they were definitely dirty. After they were done it looks and smells brand new. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
I love the cleaning power Zerorez does for our home! Safe products for the whole home and family!

This is the second time that I have had my carpets done by Zerorez and had Andrew both times. He did a fabulous job. I hope that he will be around next time I need my carpets done. My carpets are clean and I don't have that crunchy feeling that the carpets get when soap is used. Great job. Thank you.
I had Zerorez come out in March and was not particularly happy . I called and said that I would not come back again and the fellow from zero offered a $25 credit against future services .. I declined since I felt I would not use the company again...However, my wife wanted to try once again so we did and Wil who came out yesterday did a wonderful job and
the carpet is very clean and polite, etc He represented the company extremly well but
when I received the breakdown of the bill I felt that I was overcharged by a room ...possibly not but I paid for the same service as last time and think I had one less room done. I just think I am going to go back to the carpet cleaner that I had used previously, perhaps you and I are not a match.

good follow-up
I asked for the same technician that I had before however they sent someone different. I asked to have the grout cleaned however I had a very different expectation of what was done. He just used the machine on the tile which included the grout and I thought the grout would be cleaned separately. Since I no longer have carpet I will probably not use them again. The first technician did a great job on the carpet.

I love that I don't have to worry about chemicals being used in my home and the people who come to clean are always so courteous and nice.

I thought the service was fine! I thought the technician was pleasant and professional!! What I thought was not as satisfactory is the upsales and the cost of them!! I did choose them because the carpet had been neglected! However to spend almost 400 dollars for just a lower level is very pricey!
The job came out, better than I expected. But I was scheduled for the morning. My tech showed up at 1:00 pm. Not his fault. plus I did not receive a confirming phone call 24 hours prior to my appointment to confirm my cleaning. date and time, had this been done it would have saved a lot time, and confusion and wasted energy.

Art was the technician that came to my home. He was friendly, clearly articulate the process and explained the benefits of zerorez, and was happy to doo some extra work as well. I had planned on just cleaning the carpets, but also diff the tile and sealed the grout. It looks amazing! I Ann so happy with the job that Art did. Thank you very much.
