Softer feel to carpet after cleaning

My appt was scheduled 8AM-10AM and no one called. I had to call them at 1015AM, not a great start for a first time customer. They did offer us $50/off but the pricing is super-super expensive, which barely helped.
I think the pricing is over-rated.

Technician was efficient and personable. The promotion of no soap residue is correct. Our carpet feels clean and fluffy. We appreciated the phone contact when our appointment was running behind schedule and needed to be re-set.
The guys that have came out to my house to clean the carpet have been so friendly and answers all my questions that I have asked. It takes no time at all to clean the carpet and it drys so fast.
No residue left on carpet. Carpet soft after drying. Efficient and courteous representative. Dee communicated all aspects of job.

When I called Wednesday to make my appointment I told the woman on the phone I needed something before Friday. She said she had a Thursday afternoon appointment (the next day) between 3-6pm. I booked it and thanked her and she told me they would call me 30 minutes before arrival. The next day I received a phone call about 4:30pm. I of course thought it was them on their way but the woman on the phone said she was calling to confirm my appointment for Sat afternoon...? I told her that was incorrect and she put me on hold. After many minutes she came back on the line stating that she'd try to find a technician to still come to my house. At about 5:30 when I had heard no news either way I called to cancel. It was getting too late in the evening to start carpet cleaning and I have two small children to feed. After speaking with a different woman and explaining the situation she said no problem to cancel there was not a technician on the way to my house anyway... Well about 20 minutes after that phone call a man showed up to clean the carpets.. Carpets very wet all night and still slightly damp next morning. I have had a previous experience with your company and thought it was amazing but after this experience have my doubts.
I love the rug brush... Amazing what a difference it makes kn the actual cleaning! The associate that came to the house was very professional and explained the process well.

Since we are senior citizens I would have preferred them moving some of the smaller items off the carpet instead of going around them.
