The cleaning was done timely and effectively, and the price for the bedrooms and hallway was a great deal. Only drawbacks were the price for having my stairs done, and the fact that the tech was not very friendly. I wouldn't say he was necessarily rude, but definitely could be a little more courteous to his customers. Other than that, I was satisfied with the work that was done and would likely try the service again.
Quick service. Smelled nice. No harsh chemicals.

From the first phone call to the appointment to Dale (the Technician)doing his work everything was professional and everyone made you feel that you were the only customer they had. Now I can only say that Zerorez Technician Dale Polk was simply amazing. He went above and beyond the job. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone who needs their floor tile and rugs cleaned, you will be astonished at the outcome because everyone in our house was.

I heard about your company on MIX94.1 for months. I'm glad I did & I'm glad I had the service. My carpets look amazing & though I feel $1.25 a square foot for tile is a bit pricey, my tile looks great too. It did not take the technician any longer to do the tile then it did the carpet so I'm not sure why it is so expensive but in any event I'm happy with the service. Honestly I was expecting to pay about $500 which I thought was a high estimate so I was a little shocked when it came to $805.
I am so happy with the job done by Brandon. My carpets look brand new and will continue to have Zerorez every year. This is my second year with the company and would never have anyone else. I have recommended you to all my friends. Thank you.
I was really hoping that the high traffic areas would have an improved appearance, especially for the price increase for the extra "treatment". Before and after pics on my phone were practically identical, which was frustrating. There was also a "pet stain" upstairs in the center of the room, which was the main reason I agreed to the "treatment", and that was still clearly visible as well.
