The technician checked the corner on our wall and scuffed a corner at the bottom of the stairs after we spent money and time into getting our house ready to sell the fact the technician was that unprofessional that he could not check his work to make sure that everything was fine is a upsetting also he told me that there was no way our carpet would look good again that he would have to go and take a bunch of extra steps in order to somewhat make it look OK and question me about why I was quoted four dollars a step instead of five so overall I am not satisfied
The cleaning system gets the dirt out. The only challenge is the time it takes to get totally dry.
THE SERVICE MAN CHECKED TO MAKE SURE OUR NEEDS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
On price. I ended up spending $300 when I planned on $120. Perhaps I could've seen a visual quote. But I did like how the tech used his cell phone to generate the quote.

We had the pet treatment completed in one room and the smell is still there.
It's happened before, but the "pet" treatment is not worth the uncharged. It never gets the smell out. Only a second treatment seems to work. Not worth the extra money because there is virtually no difference between the normal cleaning and the pet treatment.
I've been using Zerorez for years but I never paid attention to how soft the carpet is after cleaning but this time when I walked on the carpet with my bear feet it seemed stiff. and I thought the couch and chair I had cleaned would have a fresh sent but it didn't. And I forgot to ash the guy for a solution on top to keep it clean and he didn't mention it so I'll just see how long my carpet stays clean. A friend said another company puts a silicone coating on the carpet.to keep it clean longer.
The price was a little shady. I didn't like the way the cUS timer sales rep. Surprised us with this price then that price. Personally I could do better and I don't like last minute surprises.

I vacuumed three days after having my carpets cleaned. I was shocked to see how much dirt still came out. I have a Rainbow vacuum so I can tell just how much dirt comes out.

Love the way my tile looks after it is clean & also the carpets. The person who did our last service was outstanding!!! Also our grout was sealed properly this time, unlike the light spray we had before.

100% (my bad for waiting so long) they do look considerably better. My
tech Wil was fantastic, extremely respectful, helpful and did a great job.
How clean carpet gets,stays cleaner longer and easier to spot clean it from the dogs or a spill. And of course friendly staff.

Your technician did not provide exact answers to my question regarding price. I did not know what I had been charged until I saw the bank transaction. (A gullible old lady)
