Your employees were very professional and took the time to explain to me the many services you provide as well as making sure I was happy with the job they performed
I would have preferred an estimate or rough idea of the cost beforehand
I was quoted a fee of $95.00 by Roy and when the young man came he told me it would be $159.00. I told him what I had been told by Roy & he said he would count the living/dining area as a large room & it brought it down to $155.00. $35.00 of the $155.00 was for treatment of three spots. It worked out to your special of 29.99 per room plus the spot treatment. I still feel I was over charged by $25.00. The other issue was it took the carpet 12 hours to dry, not the 4-5 I was told. I had my fans running and the A/C on but still 12 hrs!
I will say the young man (Brandon, I believe) did a good job on cleaning and was very polite and wasted no time in getting the job done.
Disappointed about the price situation and at this time, would not refer you to my friends or family nor use your service again.

it was fast dry time and everything looked great.
No smell after cleaning and carpets look very nice.
Juan, the ZeroRez specialist, was professional, friendly and efficient. He made product recommendations and explained them thoroughly. My rooms smell great and the carpet and the tiles look new again - and with no toxins or chemicals. Plus, affordable. What's not to love?

Always extremely satisfied! Our upholstery came out really great as usual, and so did the carpet however, this time I do have some dark spots left in the carpet that I thought might lighten as it dried, but did not. Another once over may have done the trick. A bit of a bummer!

There was an area that our pet had soiled. We paid for the pet treatment in the area. It started to smell again within a couple of hours. Now the dog is peeing in this area all the time.
