Not drip water all over my tile.... Going to the carpet area's....
Will. He was really great!! He got up all the spots on the carpet that the serviceperson before with Zerorez did not. So happy my carpet looks clean! Thanks Will. But he didn't get all of the floor polish on the tile in the kitchen. He missed a spot. This makes me sad - but, not everyone is perfect. It happens. I guess I can live with it.:((
Your staff are always professional and conscientious!They listen to my needs and tailor the services to meet them. I love that my carpets aren't "crunchy" afterwards.
They worked quickly and the workers are nice. I like that it doesn't have cemicals to attract more dirt.
Albert was professional and did a great job on my carpet. He was able to extract dirt and old pet hair left over from the previous tenant that lived here before me left behind. I am pleased with how my carpet turned out considering the age and condition it was in.
I expect the spots to come back sooner or later, but with in 4 days they were reappearing. And the guy that did our carpet was more of a annoying sales man than anything else, after being told that I knew alot about carpet care. And when they were done there where places in our grout that were GONE. He pointed it out as something that was there prior but was not so now we get to try and re grout several spots in our tile.

The technicians are friendly and professional and our carpets look amazing when finished.
Most of the stains came out of my carpet. The technician who cleaned my carpets and tile was very professional and didn't stop until the job was finished. He even cleaned the grout and it now looks like it did when I first bought it. I already recommended you to my good friend and told her to ask for the discount rate that I paid...$29 per room and 100 square ft. of tile cleaned free. The technician's name is Jared and I will ask for him by name the next time I have my carpets and tile cleaned.

First off, the carpet looks amazing! We have a puppy, who isn't the most housebroken. Juan and Luke to extra care to explain the options we had. They were both very knowledgeable about the services and were completely professional. They are both assets to your company.
some areas the dirt came right back up as soon as the carpet dried.
I purposely waited 7 days after the shampooing of my carpets to see if spots or tracks resurfaced and to my great delight they did not!!! I am thoroughly satisfied with the carpet cleaning I received and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much for a service well done!!!

Everything. Luis Meza and Dee provided very good customer service and worked hard to get the job done. They explained the process which was very informative, they also showed me before and after pictures. After they finished the carpet cleaning, the results were impressive. The fact that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals is important to me as I suffer from seasonal allergies. I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family, and will request your services again as needed. Thanks again, Gabe.
