Efficient crew and very clean carpet -- as you say no residue.
The carpeting looks great, clean, and smells good. And it didn't take very long to get all the rooms done. I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 2 or 3 times now.

Anthony, the service tech was fantastic. He was professional, he explained everything he was going to do, and made sure I was completely satisfied. We discussed recommended future treatments for the carpet as well as tile and grout cleaning. I am totally satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.

Anthony was amazing. Very professional and personable. We had no plans to do anything else but clean the carpet but he explained the importance of have the pet treatment and the guard. We were so pleased with the experience and will call when we are ready to have them cleaned again to have Anthony come back and clean our carpet.

All I can say is wow. We wish we would have been sent Art to our home in the first place. I would highly recommend Zerorez to our friends if they are sending out technicians like Art to their homes. He was thorough in explaining everything he was doing and why. The last technician rushed through all three bedrooms and completed cleaning all of them in under 45 minutes. I am only giving this 10 because of Art. When we first called to question why our carpets looked exactly the same, the lady that answered was so rude. The manager that called after was extremely helpful and understanding. Please fix your customer service reps. Once again, very pleased with Art. Wished I would've known he was going to do such a great job and I would've moved all my furniture. But thanks Art for your great job!
They are clean.
Wil called before he headed over to the house, he kept me informed all along the way making sure I was satisfied with the job and made my 25-year-old carpet look way better than it has been in many years!! I was so happy I called Zerorez instead of one of those carpet cleaning companies one sees on Groupon or calls you with their latest deal of "3 rooms for $29.99"! I've used those kind of companies and had two bad incidents: 1) halfway through cleaning my carpet, one guy said he used a special cleaner and I owed him $300, ten times the amount they said!!! I kicked him out. And 2) another company sent someone who cleaned a 3' x 2' rectangle right in the middle of my carpet and said if I wanted the rest of the carpet to look like that rectangle, it would be $500!!! Thank you, Wil and Zerorez, for the great job at a fair price!

I do have an area of concern mentioned in my original order. Had them clean a bathroom and it still looks the same as when they arrived. Please ask the person that did the carpet if they looked at it as I showed him prior to the carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning is wonderful and have recommended your service to many.

I like the fact that it is chemical free. I have had all services and have been pleased with them all as well as the staff.
Price ended up being reasonable, our carpets look like new and there is no chemical residue. We will call them back to do our tile and grout cleaning/sealing next.
Cleaning was great and Will was fantastic
They work! Rug was a disaster and now it looks great. My tile floor looks like brand new. I did not realize it was so dirty until you could see the difference between what was cleaned and what was not. Definitely having them back to finish the job so all my floors match!
