There was a spot in front of my husbands chair that needed more attention than the rest of the room. The other 2 bedrooms were done excellent, The spot in front of my husbands chair is still there. I called to complain ( which I never do ) they are sending another technician out to look at it and I may have to pay more to get it done.
They smell good and our environmentally safe.
Better pricing and better explanation of services whether they are guaranteed or not. Spent over $1200 on carpet and tile cleaning only to find out that my pet stain removal was not guaranteed. Only found out once I reviewed the invoice that we emailed to me.
Did not leave a lingering odor,was not over soaked and carpet dryed within few hours. Great customer service / scheduling. Friendly,polite service tech. He inspected the areas and proceeded treating right away, did not delay, did a great job! I would recommend this company over any carpet cleaning service I have used in th last 15 years.

We were pleased with the outcome. In time, we will hopefully not see the quick return of stains on the carpet that have occurred with other cleanings.

He did a great job, but far more expensive than last time when I used you. I thought the majority of the work was the same excluding doing the pillows on the couch. Not sure I want to pay that much next time.
The products help removed stains that had been on my carpet for a while.
Wil was amazing! He was clear about everything and even had us check the rooms after each one was done to ensure we were satisfied before moving on. True professionalism at its best! Our carpets have never looked so good and been so soft! Will definitely use you again!
The technician explained what products Zerorez has available and what was used on my carpet. He also was willing to do the test area on my sofa. I was very pleased with the result and will definetely have zerorez clean my sectional.
He was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. One of the things I appreciated was the fact that both of the technichians were wearing plastic covers on their shoes when they first walked in. I was able to show them the areas I wanted to be cleaned and not worry about their shoes soiling the surface they walked on. Also, being able to communicate in English was very much appreciated.
The carpets look much cleaner than after being done by another company.

Was very happy with the gentlemen who cleaned my rugs, but disappointed they are not clean , even after I paid for pet stain ,once dried they are still dirty
I have always called Zerorez for my carpet cleaning, and as always, my carpets came out feeling and looking great. Art, my technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable with pesky pet hair and stains. I really want to thank him and Zerorez for making my older carpets look a little younger!

Two things I noticed: the technician came in with the plastic booties over his shoes, but they were shredded on the bottoms, so obviously he'd had them on all day, walking outside as well, so what good did that do?
Also, the truck stayed running the entire time he was at our house - hours, so that's not very green! Is there another way to power the machinery other than running the van for hours?
Otherwise, very happy.
